| 4. | Descripción | Resumen | Introduction: A teaching method for independent study and the development ofcommunicative skills in English for Specific Purposes was elaborated for 5th yearmedical students, according to the technological facilities and current socialrequirements, from the cooperation of disciplines.Objective: To elaborate a teaching aid that favors the development of Englishcommunicative competence in medical students.Method: It was a research of Development and Technological Innovation, it wasdeveloped at FCM "Julio Trigo López" from 2020 to 2022. VisualStudios and AdobePhotoshop CS2 were used as HTML and image editors, Notepad and MicrosoftOffice Word 2013 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and Firefox 1.5.0.8 Firefox.Results: teaching aid for independent study in English for Specific Purposes with aninteractive module that allows the assessment of communicative skills in English.Conclusions: the teaching aid enhanced the development of communicative skillsand the integration of contents in the disciplines involved that favor interdisciplinarywork between teachers and students in a real context. |
